The Armored Personnel Carrier is a primary choice for swift the movement of COG ground forces. It has dual side mounted machine gun turrets for offensive maneuvers, a large 'shovel like' item at the front for shunting aside debris and a single compartment for a 'Jack bot' at the back. In Gears of War, it is used to travel to a Stranded area in order to help defend the area. It is mounted with a UV turret in order to kill multiple Kryll while traveling on the abandoned highway. It is then later used after leaving the Fenix mansion in order to run away from an assaulting Brumak.
