Father of Marcus Fenix. He worked for the COG as a scientist in the East Barricade Academy in a secret laboratory, which was discovered by Marcus in the mansion. There, Delta Squad discovered one of Adam's blueprint maps that displayed all the Locust underground tunnels. He also created Jack and tested the Lightmass Bomb and the Resonator. Adam was killed during the Locust invasion, lead by General RAAM. Marcus attempted to save his father's life even with the risk of losing his military position, but was too late.
